MAT is written in QuickBasic and assembly language for IBM PC series and compatible computers running MS-DOS. The code in MAT is written for Microsoft
QuickBasic 4.5 and Microsoft Macro Assembler 5.1. This package requires a joystick and EGA or VGA color graphics. An 80286, 386, or 486 processor machine is
highly recommended. We regret that documentation is not currently available for this title. Follow these steps to get this software:

Place your order online, using the form at the bottom of this page. You will be asked for additional information after you press the "SUBMIT" button. You will receive a confirmation email after this step.
Print out, sign and fax the license agreement for the software. Our fax number is (US) 847-556-0916. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can scan your signed license agreement and email that to us at orders at openchannelsoftware dot org.
Call (US) 765-775-2525 to have someone process payment for your order by credit card. In some cases we will accept a purchase order instead.
Once the previous steps are complete, you will receive a second email with download instructions. You will be prompted to log into the site again before you can pick up your order.
Export Status: Distribution is permitted to citizens of most countries (EAR99). There may be a delay in processing requests from people who are not United States citizens, or who reside outside of the United States.
